Thank You Gwyneth!

I bought Gwyneth Paltrow's new cookbook and it is great!  I probably have about 60 books and mostly use them for inspiration and ideas but last night I cooked from it.  She calls it a hot nicoise salad...I don't think the name does the dish justice.  

Green bean-from Earth Fare
Tomatoes- from my garden and Earth Fare

Tossed in Olive Oil-
Tomatoes
Roasted Red Peppers-from Earth Fare (I roasted)
Sardines- from Earth Fare

Tuna Steaks-Blue Ridge Seafood

Arugula and Spinach- farmers market

Cooked @ 400 for 12 minutes (med. rare) = yum!


Smoked mozzarella on baguettes.
