Saturday Farmer's Market

This is one of the best summer salads around (toot toot); very light and refreshing.  All ingredients are from my garden, the farmers market or Earth Fare.  We often serve this over fish or chicken-and sometimes I make it without the black beans.

corn, garlic-farmers market
onion, beans, pepper, mango, avocado- Earth Fare
(season with salt)
